Hehe I think I’m more used to blogging at wordpress as compared to tumblr so ranting/stories will stay here while the latter will probably stay a photoblog! Just (okay actually 4 hours ago) returned from an 11 day new zealand trip!
It was kickass and the sights + weather + amazing ice cream flavours + adventures made for an amazing holiday hahaha after water rafting, a helicopter ride, jet boating, ferry riding, farm stay, glacier walks, 3 hour long bus rides I think I can safely say Jy > Dora the explorer
Hahaha I genuinely enjoyed the time away with my family although all the time I wished so much that piggy could be there too missed him to bits, oh well hehe he’ll be in NZ from the 16th onwards boo ):
Photos when my parents wake up hahaha it’s great to be home
Anyway… Ming invited his Japanese friends to dine with us and surprisingly enough all of us Singaporeans ordered Sorbet. His 3 Japanese friends ordered two sweet potato desserts (the yellow and purple cubes) and one ordered mochi. When dessert arrived, I looked at their dessert and just jokingly said “Wow yours looks so good I wish I didn’t order sorbet now!!” Erm just to make conversation. But to my utter embarrassment the Japanese peeps all shoved their desserts to me and REFUSED TO TAKE BACK!!! I asked them three four times and they said “Have it! It’s ok!” And they never order new dessert for themselves somemore. Mad paiseh!!!!!!!!

Omg hahaha this reminded me of a similar experience I once had in K2 or something! I was attending a dinner w my parents and family friends when I noticed a Japanese couple receiving two huge glasses with dessert and billowing smoke (?) so I got intrigued and stared at them from across my table, the Jap guy noticed me and he brought the dessert over HAHA it’s amazing how all of them seem to possess courtesy like it’s an intrinsic Japanese quality! In Singapore I think at most you’ll just get a ‘kua simi’ hahaha
HAPPY BIRTHDAY NICKY this is my e card to you!!!!!!!
Ketchup time after your A’s okay I miss you so so so much ): I remember how we always talked about ECs and school and dance over msn, how meetings in school started and ended off in a big hug, how you’d always be there for me whenever I need a shoulder to lean on, how you got me interested in kpop and free styling although I always pale in comparison alongside you heehee! Sigh anyone has anything interesting to recommend doing now? This sucks ):
Hahaha really okay when he was down to his boxers on the ice-rink-like surface he was like a total mao mao chong! O: Hahaha mmm I’d give it one star for the effort? Piggy and I generally found HP7 boring boring and well, very boring hahaha aside from it possibly being overrated and somewhat of an acquired taste, it could have been because
1. We know zilch about the past six or seven parts
2. This movie was 146minutes and that was only the part 1 of the deathly hallows chapter
3. It was more abstract than anything else and I felt there was a tad too many characters and too many things going on at one time
Anyway had a fun day nonetheless Piggy and I wore our matching tees heheh love my stupid meanie mouse who’s probably enjoying his new game card now, shall find something else to occupy myself with then TA
